Service Department Staff
The Service Department at Infinity Systems enthusiastically helps customers deal with their air conditioning, ventilation, and heating issues. Our service department consists of a Service Manager, Dispatcher, Service Administrator, Sales Representatives and several experienced service technicians.
Sales representatives are available to visit your location and quote you a price on repairs and preventative maintenance contracts, as well as provide site surveys to assess your mechanical service needs.
Infinity Systems’ staff of service technicians posses a wide range of skills- from technicians who are focused 100% on mechanical repairs of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, process chiller systems, to comfort cooling systems, including room air-conditioners, refrigeration, and pressurization systems. Ventilation and filtration are additional strong points. Our highly trained control technicians are capable of servicing all types of controls systems, including DDC Systems and speed drives.
The entire service division is focused on quality training. The on-going training of our personnel assures they are knowledgeable in current and previous products within our industry. Continuing education on all aspects of equipment and systems operations keep them educated on new government regulations. Technician training is a major element of our activities. Each year, a comprehensive training schedule is published and distributed to our employees outlining the planned activities throughout the business year. Product application, product introductions, service, computer training, and environmental regulations are some of the elements that provide the foundation for our training classes.
