Since 1991, Infinity Systems has been providing service for Houston area tenants. We pride ourselves on improving our community and creating lasting relationships with our clients.
Our project management team has the capabilities of conducting pre-construction reviews such as constructability reviews, value analysis and value engineering, construction team coordination, procurement of long lead items, preliminary budget estimates and periodic updates, proposals and pulling permits.
Construction services include work supervision, project management staffing, scheduling, and preparation of shop drawings, materials and submittals. We also conduct project meetings, prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, change orders, project logs, billings and coordination of payments, safety and quality control, start-up, commissioning, coordination of move-in and punch list completion and final close-out documents.
Infinity Systems has a highly trained crew of sheet metal workers, pipe fitters, certified welders, and control technicians that are experienced in installing, writing, piping and ducting all (HVAC) products. To compliment this installation group, we have a team of commissioning / “start up” technicians certified in water and air balance.
Our fabrication / modification facilities are fully equipped and capable of design building various commercial and industrial heat, ventilation, air-condition, filtration and pressurization equipment. We also modify equipment for service in intrinsically safe applications.
